InformationDont Miss That Call, we upgrade our phone systems every year after religiously testing. we have a triple layered infrastructure, unlike many of our competitors. We have a triple lock phone system so your calls never get missed. What do we mean by a Triple Lock Phone System, it means we give you a number to divert to if this number fails for any reason it will then go to a secondary phone system which is independent of the first phone system in the unlikely event that the first and second phone system both fail we have a third phone system in the unlikely event all three fail the call will be forwarded to your dedicated managers mobile where the call will be answered in the order was received. Your customer will not even notice and that's the way it should always be. We currently upgrading one of our phone systems to give improved service to all our clients. We will give a choice of diverting to a Free phone number or a geographical phone number at no extra cost.
